Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship orders within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
Q: Do you offer local pickup (Austin, TX)?
A: Yes! You can order online and pick up your purchase at Parker & Scott. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100! *some exclusions may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if I don’t love my purchase?
A: We want you to be happy! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Just ensure items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping for the return will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at hello@shopneondream.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, for a different size only if we have it in stock. If you need a different item, reach out to us, and we’ll help facilitate an exchange.
Q: Are sale items eligible for returns?
A: Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: Are your products organic or sustainable?
A: While not every item is organic, we prioritize design-forward gifts with a focus on sustainability—including organic materials, eco-friendly packaging, and small-batch production whenever possible.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some of our most-loved items do restock, but many are limited edition or small-batch. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone!

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone?
A: Absolutely! Just enter their shipping details at checkout, and we’ll send it straight to them. You can even add a gift message at checkout!
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards in various amounts HERE.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We recently closed our small brick and mortar shop and transitioned to an online store and sell at select local markets. Follow us on Instagram for market updates!
