Returns

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you have a change of heart about something you ordered, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery for in-store credit.  

Refunds are applicable to damaged items and must be reported within 3 days of the item being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items are ineligible for returns.

To start a return, please email hello@shopneondream.com and include your name, order number, receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your confirmed delivery.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method which will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
